Annapurna Circuit - starting Oct 8/9 - meet in Kathmandu on Oct 7th?

Hi there! I'm a 23-year-old female going to Nepal for the first time and want to do some serious trekking. I have traveled a lot, and am in good shape, but a three-week trek will be something new for me, so I would like to do it with someone else. : ) I have just spend 7 months volunteering at an orphanage in Thailand. I love traveling, nature, yoga, politics, reading and good conversation. Let me know if your schedule / interests may mesh with mine...

[Trek Annapurna Circuit]

Hi there, I just read your post and I am flying into Kathmandu on the 7th of October from Bangkok and will be doing the the Annapurna circuit as well. This will also be my first time to Nepal too. I am a 25 year old female from Canada who has just spent the last year and a bit traveling around Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. I have done some trekking in New Zealand, Thailand and Vietnam but never for 3 weeks and would also like to do the Annapurna Circuit with someone else. I am in good shape too and have similar interests. Let me know if you want to meet up in Kathmandu.

Um, yes, think I just replied to the canadian's other post. Anyway, if you're still looking for another person let me know. I'd definately like to do some yoga along the way, though sometimes it's a bit hard to muster the energy after a day of trekking. I just finished a lengthy stay in an Ashram and would like to continue doing yoga regularly. I'll be doing the trek from pokhara.

I'm 26, from Seattle, read lots, and am a science teacher.
