Beware this company. While their website says they follow the IPPG guidelines, they fell far short of meeting them on a trek I did with them last fall. The staff had no sleeping mats, no access to food and fuel at altitude or in spots where there were no Villagers. They did not supply adequate jackets and pants or leather shoes for the portion we were in snow. They expected a porter with AMS to keep carrying his load. The loads were in excess of 50 kilos for some porters. Aside from the physical problems the leader Joel Schone treated them like 24 hour a day slaves.
