Any one rent a house in Kathmadnu??

We have a house 4 rooms on the top floor. There are two bed rooms one sitting room and one Kitchen. All rooms are fully furnished and full of kitchen utensils. We ahve anice bath room too.

I need a bit more information. Where is the flat situated exactly? Like how far is it from Thamel by foot? rickshaw? And what would it cost to rent for 1 month? Cheers, Max
