Hi mountain-lovers,
This coming October we are planning to walk the Anapurna route in Nepal.
We consists out of 3 persons: two men of 36 and 37 years old and myself: a women of 32 years old.
We have experience in mountain-trekking: me and my fiancee did the Kilimanjaroo and the other friend has experience with the Alpine mountains and the Dolomites.
But now we heard and read about the Maoists: at this moment a lot of embassies give a negative travelling advice. I know that the political situation can be changed in October, but you never know...
That is why I would like to hear your experiences.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Hanneke from the Netherlands
