EBC: my travel itinerary - kindly suggest

Hey folks,

Thanks for responding to my earlier post. It does feel good to have company, even in cyberspace.
I need some valuable advice/suggestions to my current itinerary for the EBC/Kalapattar hike:
May11: KTM -fly- Lukla(2,850m) - Phakding(2,640m)
12: Phakding/Monjo - Namche Bazaar(3,440m)
13: Namche Bazaar - acclimatization, short trek around Shyangboche/Thame
14: Namche Bazaar - Tengpoche (3,860m)
15: Tengpoche - Dingboche(4,350m)
16: Dingboche - acclimatization, short trek around Chukhung
17: Dingboche - Lobuche (4,940m)
18: Lobuche - Gorak Shep (5,170m), short trek around Gorak Shep
19: Gorak Shep - Kala Pattar (5,675m) - Gorak Shep
20: Gorak Shep - Pheriche (4,280m)
21: Pheriche - Tengpoche
22: Tengpoche - Namche Bazaar - Phakding
23: Phakding - Lukla
May24: Lukla -fly- KTM

I am thinking of taking a guide/porter to explore the local culture more. Looking forward to team-up with someone along same trail!! :-)
I would be obliged if anyone points out to some/any mistakes in my itinerary, if any. Any kind of suggestions are most welcome.

Your itinerary is just what I plan to do. When are you planning on starting? I arrive KTM on April 11 and if his fits, we should probably meet and talk!
