EBC: going solo in May

We will not be going until March 2005, however, I would be interested in your travels. I am a bit concerned about the Maoist situation. Also...I would like to have some info on the ease of trekking without a guide.

Ill be going up to EBC around the 15th of May.
Might be earlier if the situation continues to deterioriate
around Annapurna....dont think there are maoists in
the everest, hopefully!
