RCDP - Everest Trek

Hi,

I am looking to do some volunteer work in an orphanage in Nepal and would like to do an Everest trek while I'm there as well.

RCDP - Rural Community Development Program is offering a pretty good volunteer program and they are also offering an Everest Base Camp Trek for $549.00 USD and includes:

Airport Pick up and drop
Two night hotel in kathmandu
Accommodation for trekking
An experienced Government licensed holder guide and porter and theirs' food, drinks, insurance, salary, equipments, transportation, local tax etc.
Warm sleeping bag, warm down jacket and walking stick, if
necessary.
Everest permit


Has anyone heard of this organization and can provide any information on its credibility?

Can anyone recommend another Everest Trek that is around the same price and with a good organization?

Hi there,
can you imagine any voluntary company can arrange you trekking? if they doing arrange your trek please think they are doing ellegal and what they have Knowledge about the trekking. and as you told me and what i found there are not clear who will pay guide flight from Lukla- kathmandu- lukla?
