Hi there,Jeremy
The manasalu trek is great trek if you can manage every thing as this trek is known as unbitten path trek, not many tourist, its of course different then other normal treks such as Annapurna, Langtang and Everest. But my opinion is that why it should be manasalu trek only because we have those kinds of unbitten path trek to the remote part of Nepal which is more easy to go, not effected by Maoist and comes cheaper too such as Ganesh Himal Trek, Panch Pokhari Trek etc.

So, the conclusion is that, our company is offering a very special price for trekking to any destination of Nepal. Please e-mail us back if you are interested.

Thanks in advance. Please visit our website for further information or e-mail us.

Hello,
I have done Langtang/Gosaikunda as well as Manaslu. Manaslu has dramatic high peaks and you are right up close. It must be done with a group as you know. I would recommend going with Nepali crew only. I had a nepali crew and the a foreign leader who had poor leadership skills and really added no benefit to the trek just a large expense. The side trip into Tibet from Samadon is a must, it was the highlight for me rather than crossing larkya la. There are cokes and beers for sale along the way and we as well as the other 2 expeditions met 2 sets of maoists. Yes, the first set charged us and gave us a receipt for the tax but the second group insisted on a donation rather than tax. Both times it was $25 US per foreigner. The trek overall was a wonderful experience. More interesting I felt than tea house routes.
