Thanks a lot.
And do you know how about wether at the Everest road region this year.
Is it snow at above Namche Bazzer? Do I need a pair of climing iron(it is useful for icy slopes)?
I am planning to have any guide and porter in my trekking. Will I have a room at any lodge on my trekking, even at Tenboche, Pheriche, Lobche and Grokshep, without advanced reservation?
Also do I need to book airplane tichets to Lukla from Kathumandu before get to Nepal?
Please let me know information on these.

Masaru Fukuzato

Masaru,
This late in December it is quite likely that there will be snow
above Namche. Hopefully not too much to trek, but some.
I think it is a good idea to carry crampons at this time of year.
Some slopes are quite steep and could be slippery. You can
easily buy crampons in Kathmandu. Probably much cheaper
than in Japan.
It is not really possible to make advance room reservations
in the villages you mention. There are no telephones and
no Internet connections. I do not think it will be a problem for
you to find a room. Even in the peak trekking season there are
rooms enough. And at this time there will hardly be any tourists
at all. In fact some lodges are likely to be closed down for the
winter. You should ask for information when you stay in Namche.
If you are certain of the dates you would want to fly to Lukla
why not make a reservation? Search for Royal Nepal Airlines
on the Internet. But otherwise I think you can get a seat to
Lukla quite easily, if only there is a flight. In the winter flights
may not run daily, simply because there are so few tourists.
