Hello,
First You ar emost wel come to Nepal.Good idea to choose to do teh Trekking in mustang,mustang is very special area taht is why you need to pay 700$ permit for 10 days.Early march is not best time for trekking in mustnag but still good time march is.Yes you must be 2 person to do teh Trekking in Mustang but if you buy 2 permit you can do as well.
