Sleeping bag - EBC - Oct

Hi,

I will do the EBC trek at end of Sep/beginning of Oct. and I am generally a warm sleeper. I am thinking of getting the North Face blue kazoo which has a comfort rating to -7C. Would that be enough for this trek?

For me yes. I have used a -5 in October and March and been fine. Some will want a warmer bag, some won't.
