Can one buy Malaria drugs (Lariam) in Kathmandu?

I am traveling on to India and Africa after Nepal, and the malaria drugs in the US are very expensive.

Is it possible to buy Lariam (Mefloquine) in Kathmandu? If so, any idea what it costs?
