Summit hotel good. Trek O tel in Pokhara is as good as Summit hotel.

There are so mnay other hotel in Kathmandu in good location. Tirdpole Treks has very good relation with the number of hotels in Kathmandu such as Hyatt, Hotel Soaltee and Annapurna as well as Htoel Radisson and Manaslu. You may reserve the room through Thirdpole for a good price.

You may contact Deepak of Thirdpole, he is the newy elected President of TAAN the Treking Agents Association of Nepal. I had stayed Hotel Annpurna last year through Thirdpole.

regards,
Thomas.

Dont know about the Summit but did stay at Trek O Tel for several nights two yrs ago. It was a good standard and still new at the time. Just as cheap to book direct but remember to negotiate, even establishments like this will give a good discount, especially if more than one person and/or several nights.
