Sleeping bag for EBC trek?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone advise if a -8 C sleeping bag will do for the EBC/Gokyo treks in mid November? I understand the lodges are not really heated during nighttime?

Yes. That will be warm enough. Although the lodges are not heated, they are warmer than the outside air. If you do get cold, you can usually find a blanket to throw over you bag, or you can just wear some more clothes inside the bag.
