Island Peak vs Pisang Peak

We are arriving on Nov 1st and are keen to do a trekking peak

Can anyone adivse if Island Peak is as good as it is cracked up to be ?

Our other option is to do Annapurna Noth Circuit with Pisang peak

Pisang peak is better than Island peak of Everest Because of low cost and easy too climbing.
