You need to buy travel insurance from your own country, and make sure medical evacuation (including by helicopter) is available with it.
You still need enough cash with you or a credit card (visa or mastercard) with enough limit on it, otherwise no helicopter company will come after you no matter what. After you pay one way or another, you are rescued and then you can claim the cost from your travel insurance company when arriving home.
