Hot Showers in teaHouses??

Hello people,
I was just wondering if anyone knows about the shower situation on treks...I am doing the AC trek and would like to know if the hostels or tea houses have showers and if so do they have hot water? What about Laundry services??

Yes there are heaps of hot showers on the Annapura ciruit! (much more than on the Everest Base Camp route!)

You will be surprised!
but as mentioned, not much above 4000m!!!
