any experience with nature trail travels and tours?

We're currently planning a (teahouse) trek to the Mustang region and we're wondering whether Nature Trails, Travels and Tours, Trekking & Expeditions would be a good agency. Has any of you experience with this agency?

Not me personally, but I met polish-canadian couple in Lama Hotel and then we have walked together all the way through Langtang, Gosaikund and Helambu. They organised the trek with Nature Trail Travels and Tours for the second time (first one to Gokyo). They were very happy with their guides, Ganesh Khanal in Gokyo and Babu Khanal this time. Babu was pretty cool guy. He could even arrange a birthday cake at the lodge.:)
In Kakani he "saved my life", moving away from my room a giant spider;)
