hi i was just wondering if i needed a sleeping bag for the annapurna treck. i`m going mid October. any tips as to what to take would be greatly appreciated. also feedbackon saftey now that the cease fire has ended.

Yes, I would takea a warm sleeping bag, as it can get cold at above 3500m altitude. Other important items are good boots, wind jacket, beanie, sun-glasses, sun hat, camera, and some soft toilet paper from home (if you value your bum...)
