Hi there,
We are planning a trip to nepal for march 2004.
This is the first time for us in nepal and also the first time for trekking.
I have always wanted to see the big giants and always felt some sort of attraction to mountains.
Ill be traveling with my gf and parents and i think it`s wise for us not to go that high because of the unexperience we have and high altitude sickness.
We like to take a short trek for about 3,4 or 5 days so we know what it is to walk for many hours and sleep in tents in the open air.
We like to stay under 3000 to 3500 meters max and would like to see the beauty of himalaya and the big giants as close as we can.
What trek would you guys advice for us.
And what is best place to start from, pokhara?
