You never can definitively say how the weather is. It is changable like english weather and I often have seen a whole week of rain even in October.
So you can be lucky at the end of septmber, maybee having some hours rain during all the time or unlucky and having much rain.
Have an umbrella with you, thats nicer when you have to climb in warm rain and thats the way nepali people walk.
I also would take some plastik-garbage bags for all your things in the bagpack with you, they are pretty strong.
