Does anyone know of a trekking company that organises clean up treks (eg. picking up rubbish along the way) ?

Why not offer your post on the "commercial site" and see if you get any responses. There has been some thinking that returning porter parties, otherwise employed to get their trekking clients up to the top of Thorung Pass, are at times commissioned to backload "empties" back to Beshi Sahar. But I am uncertain on detail and would be interested to know if its true.
