EBC - How old before too old?

I do hope you are not too old ! I read this with great interest . I am 67 a mere ordinary woman who does not run 10m miles a day or a week or a month and hoping to do this trip next November. I have some idea of this trek as I did the ABC trek about 4 years ago . I know it will be more demanding but I feel that if I take my time I should be OK.

I suspect that this is a false posting.

Whilst I do not know first hand, I have heard that Safe Journeys Adventure Treks is not a good organisation and have had big problems
