I doubt it changes much. He has been totally sidelined since April 06. Some areas of the media are suggesting it will cause unrest by his loyal supporters and that he will attempt a comeback in a few years. For me that will depend entirely on the workings of (or more importantly "non-workings")the new constitutional assembly over the next 2 years.
