Partner to EBC in late feb?

Hi All,
I am also planning to trek to EBC and/or gokyo in mid to late feb this year. Maybe from jiri and will stopping in teahouses. I have not been to nepal before and looking for someone to trek with. I am a 21 year old who is reasonabley fit and enjoys walking and mountaineering. I have done lots of walking in scotland , the lakes, snowdonia and a bit in europe.

With it been a budget sort of a trip (i will be travelling overland to katmandu from bombay, arriving on bombay on the 6th of feb) and dont know if i can afford a guide. If anyone wants to join me in katmandu or india (i will be visiting the usual tourist spots on the way up) get in contact or leave a message.

I am also trekking from Lukla to EBC mid feb. flying into Lukla on the 14th Feb and slowly making my way up, like you doing it on a budget so no plans of using porters or guides, from info I have collected it seems unnecessary anyway, total virgin to Nepal though plenty of UK experience and trekked Kilimanjaro last year. Making trip with my 19 year old son.
Great to meet up with you or anyone else looking for compannion on this trek
