I have just had an unpleasnt experience via email with this company.
I was given conflicting prices for treks and when I asked for references
from previous clients the one email address that I was given didnt work.
When I pointed this out and aked for other references I was told" not to give more hassle" but book it or just leave it.
I had been courteous and respectful at all times and even when I was given conflicting prices for the same trek I was willing to overlook the mistake, even though this did make me feel uneasy, because I wanted to use a Nepalese company.
I wanted to ensure that I would receive a professional and experienced service and the only way that I could do this was to ask questions.
Im sorry to say that this company did not act professionally and I want to warn others of this. I would have been very upset to find that my trek may have been ruined by a bad company.
To be fair this may have been a one off and not typical of them. However it not the way to get business or retain clients.
