Bandh or not?

Just wondering...now that the election has been postponed, will the bandh scheduled for 11-13 Nov be cancelled?

As far as I know, the Maoists have not cancelled the strike yet. It will be interesting to watch the developments as the holiday season ends a week later. That said, if you are trekking, there is virtually no impact of the strike. Road transportation can come to a halt but flights should depart as usual. You should not be subject to any danger as long as you use some common sense and avoid riots.
