Annapurna Circuit Vs EBC

I am trying to compare the EBC trek to AC which I have completed in terms of cold weather in late October and also tea house conditions.

Would it be fair to say both are the same.

Not really, Boris.

Khumbu region is colder and mostly higher than AC trek, where you will get very few cold nights around Thorung La. Teahouses are very much alike in terms of conditions, but Sherpas of Khumbu are of the different culture, than Thamangs and other ethnic groups around Annapurna.
