I'm looking to organise a trek and wanted to visit the guides I met on my last trip in 1991/92. On that occasion we traveled with Pemba, Balu, Mingma, Purbha and a few others. They used to live near Rani Pokhari in Kathmandu, but were from a village south of Phaplu. They were planning on starting up their own trekking company but I never heard anything about it. I haven't been able to track them down so if anyone knows how to contact them I'd be greatly appreciative.
