Do buy a good bag, 3/4 season down, depending on how high you go. I went to Langtang two months ago, fell in love with the area, the best bit was the 12 hour bus ride from Kathmandu to Dunche, never sat next to a goat before!!!! I hired a bag, good north face down, 30 usd deposit.
