Recommend guide/porter in Lukla?

I am planning on doing the Everest Base camp trek and heading over Cho La to Gokyo Ri in the first 3 weeks of December. Can someone recommend a guide (who can carry some weight). Please only recommend this person if you have hired them and think that they are good.
