Immunisation? required = no, recommended = maybe
read the CIWEC advice (http://www.ciwec-clinic.com/immune/index.html) then consult your doctor
Meds available? yes, mostly copies of the usual brands

http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationNepal.aspx is the CDC's travel website for Nepal. As Oli said, nothing is required, but there are some that are recommended. If your not going to the jungle then you may be able to skip some. Good luck finding a doc who will have any real understanding of what you need and what you can skip. I suggest you print out the CDC's recommendations and give your doctor a copy.

.....so i'm not going to drop dead if i don't get the shots?.....hopefully.....we have travel clinics here that specialize in immunisations, but it cost an arm and leg and insurance doesn't cover it...i might just take the risk and skip it....
