I am planning the trek Around Annapurna in October plus one peak (the Thorung peak a fore summmit immediately south of Thorung La pass) and one night camping at the Thorung La pass.
Could any body who already did this peak give me his/her feelings and significant details about it (difficulty, time required...) ?
For the trek and the night camping, what kind of sleeping bag would you recommend ? Down 20° c ? Warmer ? Can lighter do ? Would you say that down filled jacket is necessary or is a good thermal jacket enough ?
