Changing the subject slightly - if you do this trek I would advise doing the extra bit from Jomson to Muktinath because in my view it was the best bit of this trek (I did the Jomsom trek last year), the scenary is amazing. You need about 12 days including a days rest at Tatoapani if you do this.
